I was unsure what to expect out of such a strong formula, but so far (3 weeks in) I have had no negative reactions. My skin is really sensitive and I struggle with redness, and it has helped tone down the redness when I wake up in the mornings. I have intermittent issues with the vacuum pump, but it eventually always comes up with something...haha. I also was prescribed half a pump for my whole face but that never seems to go far enough, so I really just target my problem areas so that I have enough to last.
Noticeable improvement in week 3. My hopes are high now as I really see lights at the end of the tunnel this time. Will keep at it.
I was using a different Tret mix before until I asked for one with Azelaic Acid. All I can say is WOW. My skin is glistening and I've been getting compliments on my skin that I haven't had since before my major breakout last year that left extreme scarring. I use this mix and added in 6% Hydroquinone and my stubborn hyperpigmentation scars are finally clearing up! The prior Tret mix I had + the hydroquinone was moving a lot slower for me and I still had some reoccurring cystic acne. But now with the Azelaic Acid? Huge difference! I'm not the one to write reviews and I am a skeptic of most skin products but this brand is amazing. They saved my skin and my self esteem. I used to cry seeing my face in the mirror after trying $1,000 worth of many products (seriously!) with no success. My friend recommended I finally look into Tret and I researched until I found Apostrophe. Best decision ever and I thought I would never find anything to help me until now. I highly recommend. The customer service is amazing and they have a very quick turnaround. For the team reading this, please don't ever change this formula. I want to use this for the rest of my life! Thank you so much!
I am noticing improvements every week with my skin. I feel more confident in my skin. My acne diminished and my hyperpigmentation. The only thing that is preventing me from giving this formula five stars is that I still have some hyperpigmentation. I will wait to see if it clears up over time but I do hope that it completely clears.

Such a good formula, and such a convenient service! One thing to note is that sometimes your skin starts out red and angry when you first put it on, which makes the hyperpigmentation look once, but keep at it and that fades and your skin gets used to it, then landing on the fascinating next phase - peeling! (Seriously, more peeling than retinoids) But then the hyperpigmentation goes away, and it's lovely. Looking forward to trying it on a few pesky freckles. Thanks Apostrophe!
I've been using this in conjunction with oral route spironolactone, and it seems to be helping to keep my hormonal cystic acne at bay. It does smell a little funny but it's not a huge problem.
