I started with a face full of cystic painful acne that had progressively been getting worse and worse for months. Red spots are left after and nothing seemed to help. Less than 3 weeks ago I started this regimen and my consistent breakouts have stopped. I got one pimple during my period that didn't turn into the huge cyst, it stayed small. I can tell my redness is slightly diminishing but not as much as i am hoping for, yet! I'm hopeful after my 3 months of being on this regimen I will notice big changes. I was giving directions to take 50 mg or a week then up it to 100 mg; however, I get very dizzy and light headed when I try for the 100 mg so for now I am sticking with what my body is allowing. I was told to drink plenty of water while taking this, which is already something i do but I've upped it a bit more. Going to the bathroom every 30 minutes isn't fun but It may be worth it if my face continues to improve. I've been taking this for a few weeks now and my skin has changed dramatically. Went from having at least 2 or 3 active breakouts at a time (sometimes more, especially while PMSing) to NONE.
