SMS Terms of Service

  • We use the personal information you provide us to operate the Apostrophe telehealth service and to improve your experience. By permitting Apostrophe to communicate with you via SMS text message (Apostrophe's "Patient Texts" program) you allow your personal health information (PHI) to be sent via SMS text message to your provided mobile phone number. Apostrophe's "Patient Texts" program includes weekly check-in questions, treatment reminders, and relevant communications to your usage of Apostrophe's service and products.
  • Text "HELP" for assistance at any point, or you can reach out to the Care Team directly through your Patient Account. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-join, just text "START" to re-enable SMS messages.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or if you would prefer not to exchange PHI via text, you can choose not to communicate with us via those means and notify us directly at care@apostrophe.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
